Our client is a fast-growing startup in the creator economy space, helping brands and social media influencers collaborate more effectively. The team is rapidly scaling and manages a high volume of influencer-focused campaigns for global markets.

The Customer Success Manager will lead and manage influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end, ensuring exceptional results for clients and strong, ongoing relationships with influencers. You will serve as a key liaison between brands, influencers, and internal teams, driving campaign success, optimization, and client satisfaction. This role requires someone deeply connected with influencer culture, trends, and the social media landscape.

Your Impact:

  • Strengthen client relationships through excellent execution, communication, and strategic insights.
  • Drive measurable campaign ROI through effective influencer sourcing, negotiation, and optimization.
  • Support revenue growth by identifying upsell opportunities and improving campaign processes.
  • Move quickly—helping source influencers within tight timeframes and supporting day-to-day campaign operations.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute influencer campaigns from start to finish.
  • Source influencers (50+ per campaign when needed) and negotiate partnerships to secure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with both clients and influencers.
  • Provide thorough influencer briefings to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Optimize campaigns using performance data and insights.
  • Assist clients throughout the campaign lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with brands to create and manage long-term influencer marketing budgets.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and campaign execution.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Track competition activity and influencer marketing trends, sharing insights with product and marketing teams.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, outreach activity, and revenue opportunities.
  • Participate in daily team meetings and syncs with the US-based team.
