Compensation Range: $2,500 – $3,500 USD/month based on experience
About the Client & Role
A premium longevity and healthy aging supplement brand is scaling its multi-marketplace Amazon presence across the US, Canada, and Europe, with active expansion into Mexico and Asia. They are hiring an Amazon FBA Operations Coordinator to take full ownership of their end-to-end FBA shipment workflow so the COO can refocus on growth, product development, and international launches.
The company is founder-operated with a lean team of around 30 people, near-zero turnover, and a long-tenure culture where team members have stayed with the founder for a decade or more. Operations run with the precision of a much larger company while preserving the autonomy and ownership of a startup environment.
You will manage FBA shipment creation, label generation, lot and expiration tracking, and warehouse coordination across three continents, while maintaining inventory accuracy in the company's ERP. Success means independently executing the Canada workflow within 30 days, expanding to Europe and the US by day 60, and giving the COO measurable time back for strategic work.
