We are seeking a passionate, customer-oriented sales assistant for our store in Hamburg. The position is for approximately 30 hours per week.

Requirements we have for you:

• You can easily offer our customers the highest qualitative service, approach them proactively, and maintain sustainable customer contact.
• With your open ear for individual customer wishes, you inspire customers with your help to find the right product for them.
• A good eye for the presentation of our goods.

Duties in the position:

• This position includes sales advice, working at the cash register, replenishing stocks, working in the warehouse, and cleaning tasks.
• Proactively engaging to keep the store and warehouse clean and visually attractive.
• Assisting the visual merchandiser to present the store in the look and feel of the premium brand.

Skills and requirements

We are looking for a person who likes to meet new people with experience in personal sales of functional clothing/sporting goods. Of course, we assume that you share our great interest in skiing, golf, running, sports, outdoor, and street fashion.

You can easily build contacts with customers. You are a strong team player, with the belief that collectively achieved success is at least twice as great a success. Furthermore, you are orderly and precise in your work, have a quick understanding, and are responsible, with the ability to quickly switch between different tasks.

You have a good eye for merchandise presentation and want to get involved in visual merchandising.

Working with us requires that you speak and write German and English fluently.
