Description
If you're an organized and detail-oriented individual, we'd love for you to join our team as a Full-Time Rooms Controller. You will be part of our Front Office team, responsible for ensuring the efficient handling of all group, VIP, and special request reservations for our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with Sales Managers regarding the proper handling of their groups, ensuring a coordinated and tailored guest experience.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping to prioritize VIP arrivals and expedite room readiness, enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Prepare Express Check-ins, expediting the check-in process for arriving guests and enhancing their arrival experience.
