We are seeking a dedicated full-time banquet setup supervisor to lead our banquet set-up team and ensure exceptional event organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure the proper setup and breakdown of all catering department functions including meetings, meal functions, receptions, dances, exhibits, etc.
• Supervise and assign duties to catering aides under your supervision and follow up by personal example.
• Inspect all meeting rooms to ensure the proper setup is as called for on the BEO.
