Distributor Service Coordinator
Job Summary
The Distributor Service Coordinator serves as a key liaison between PCF, PCF's clients and distributors. The position focuses on ensuring each distributor fulfills all aspects of the PCF Distributor Agreement in order to meet PCF's clients' expectations.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Interact with distributors to ensure compliance with key aspects of the Distributor Agreement in support of quality service to PCF's clients and their subscribers.
- Compile daily reporting and service data provided by distributors as called for in the Distributor Agreement – such as truck arrival times and event data.
- Work with Customer Advocate and clients to ensure service issues are communicated to distributors in a clear and timely manner to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Follow up on client service issues with distributors.
- Provide distributors with accurate and timely answers to all questions.
- Analyze service issues and provide resolution suggestions to distributors.
- Identify, prioritize and resolve PCF operational issues.
- Oversee daily operations as part of the PCF recovery team in the absence or failure of a distributor.
- Serve as liaison between PCF landlord and distributors to ensure compliance with lease terms.
- Other duties as assigned.

Experience, Education and Certifications Required
Experience Required
- Requires a minimum of 4-6 years related work experience
Required Educational Level/Licenses
- Requires Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Access to a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and automobile insurance at limits required by PCF
