Account Executive
At Paytm Intelligence (Pi), we are building AI-first platforms that power fraud detection, risk decisioning, merchant lifecycle intelligence, and agentic automation at scale. As an Account Executive (AE), you will own and drive complex, high-value enterprise deals end-to-end, partnering with CXOs and senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes through AI.
Core Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Deal Ownership Own the full sales cycle: from discovery → solutioning → commercial structuring → closure
- Drive large ACV deals (₹50L – multi-crore) across enterprise and digital-native accounts
- Navigate complex buying committees (CXO, Risk, Product, Engineering, Procurement)
- Outcome-Based Selling Position Paytm Intelligence as a business outcomes platform, not just a product
- Sell against: Fraud loss reduction
- Revenue uplift / conversion improvement
- Cost optimisation via AI automation
- Build ROI-driven narratives and business cases for enterprise stakeholders
- Solutioning & Use Case Development Partner with Solutions Architects / Product teams to:
- Map customer problems to AI/ML + agentic workflows
- Define customised solutions (risk, onboarding, lifecycle intelligence, automation)Translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value propositions
- Account Strategy & Expansion Own strategic account planning and penetration
- Identify cross-sell / upsell opportunities across:
- Fraud & risk platforms
- Merchant intelligence (ARMS)AI-led decisioning systems
- Build long-term relationships with C-suite and business leaders
- Deal Structuring & Negotiation Structure complex deals including:
- Pricing models (SaaS, usage-based, outcome-linked)Commercial negotiations with procurement/legal teams
- Ensure alignment between customer expectations and product capabilities
- Cross-Functional Leadership Work closely with:
- BDRs (pipeline generation)Pre-sales / Solutions (technical validation)Product & Engineering (custom requirements)Act as the quarterback of the deal cycle
What We're Looking For
Experience-6–12 years in Enterprise SaaS / AI / Cloud / Fintech Sales
Proven experience managing complex, high-value deal cycles
Track record of closing ₹50L+ ACV deals (preferably multi-crore)
Must-Have Skills- Strong consultative / solution selling mindset
Ability to sell abstract platforms (AI, data, infra) vs feature-based tools
Experience in multi-threaded deal management
Executive presence & ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders
