Hunter Account Director

We are looking for a high-performing Hunter Account Director to drive net-new enterprise business for Pi Commerce. This is a pure hunting role focused on acquiring large enterprise logos, owning complex sales cycles, and driving revenue growth. You will work at the intersection of AI, SaaS, and customer engagement, positioning a differentiated platform to CXOs across industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycle – from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closure
  • Drive new logo acquisition across large enterprises (BFSI, Retail, Telecom, Healthcare, etc.)
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound hunting, networking, and strategic account mapping
  • Lead CXO-level conversations, articulating value propositions around AI-led customer engagement
  • Conduct deep discovery to understand customer challenges across engagement, retention, and communication systems
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, and Solutions teams to design tailored solutions and demos
  • Lead RFP/RFQ responses, proposal development, and commercial negotiations
  • Position Pi Commerce as a strategic transformation platform, not just a messaging or campaign tool
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and CRM updates
  • Represent Paytm at industry events, client meetings, and strategic forums

What We're Looking For

  • 8–15 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS / CPaaS / MarTech / AI platform sales
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex enterprise deals (multi-stakeholder, long sales cycles)
  • Strong hunter mindset with demonstrated success in new business acquisition
  • Experience engaging with CXOs, business heads, and digital/marketing leaders
  • Ability to sell consultatively, translating business problems into technology-led solutions
  • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in deal structuring and negotiations
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
