We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead two high-performing teams and drive the next stage of scale and innovation.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coach engineers and tech leads to deliver reliable, scalable systems.
• Drive technical strategy across marketing automation and payments platforms.
• Partner with Product and Design to ship high-impact features quickly.
• Champion code quality, testing standards, and continuous improvement.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term system health and scalability.

About You

• Seasoned Technologist: 10+ years in software engineering, including 3+ in a leadership capacity.
• Hands-On Expertise: Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and at least one cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Strategic Leader: Proven experience driving engineering excellence in fast-scaling SaaS environments.
• System Thinker: Skilled in platform architecture, distributed systems, and service reliability.
• Empathetic Leader: You care deeply about people, communication, and building a high-performing, inclusive team culture.
