As a first-line Sales Leader, you will lead a team of Account Executives responsible for selling Payscale's solutions across multiple verticals. We're seeking a leader with exceptional energy, initiative, and a passion for developing people to drive performance and results for our Manila Mid-Market team.
In this role, you will design and execute strategies to accelerate business growth, while fostering close collaboration with Marketing, Enablement, RevOps, and Sales Development—making cross-functional alignment and orchestration critical to success.
The ideal candidate is a high-impact leader who delivers outstanding business results while building a culture of excellence and continuous development. You will be fully accountable for guiding your team to consistently generate revenue, exceed quotas, and contribute meaningfully to Payscale's growth.
