Revenue Operations Analyst I

Our Revenue Operations team plays a key role in aligning sales, finance, and marketing to drive sustainable growth — and we're looking for an entry-level analyst to join us.

As a Revenue Operations Analyst I, you'll support the collection, analysis, and reporting of revenue data that fuels critical business decisions. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn how revenue operations influence overall company growth, while building technical and business skills in a collaborative environment. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, gain hands-on experience with CRM and analytics tools, and help ensure our revenue processes are accurate, efficient, and aligned.

This is a hybrid role located in our Manila office in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

Data Support & Reporting

  • Run recurring reports and assist with updating dashboards to support revenue insights.
  • Help identify trends and anomalies in basic datasets with guidance from senior analysts.
  • Maintain clean data practices in CRM and other operational tools.

Tool Support

  • Support system admins in ticket submission, triage, and user communication.
  • Assist in testing new features or tool changes under direction of senior team members.
  • Document tool usage processes and help maintain user guides.

Process Execution

  • Participate in executing standard recurring tasks (e.g., lead entry audits, contact data clean-up).
  • Assist in tracking key sales and marketing processes and flagging potential issues.
  • Shadow process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Support team members during campaign tracking, tool rollouts, and sales territory updates.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and marketing teams to ensure revenue alignment.
  • Participate in team meetings and project discussions to build business acumen.

Documentation

  • Draft and maintain basic process documentation and update internal knowledge bases.
  • Help build onboarding resources.

Core Revenue Operations Responsibilities

  • Assist in CRM updates and operational workflows.
  • Learn the fundamentals of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Identify inefficiencies in sales and revenue workflows and propose solutions.
  • Spot discrepancies in revenue data and reporting for timely resolution.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks related to revenue tracking and process improvements.
  • Adapt to evolving systems, tools, and workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of professional experience, ideally in operations, sales support, or data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analytics and reporting.
  • Basic understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
  • Familiarity with reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot data and process inconsistencies.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Accountability for delivering accurate and timely work.
  • Curiosity to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Great to Have Qualifications

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools is a plus.
  • Background in SaaS, FP&A, RevOps, or Business Intelligence teams.

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the monthly base salary range for this position is 80,000-110,000 PHP, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at Payscale, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).
