To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a Shared Services Agent.
Responsibilities And Functions Of The Offered Position:
- Manage the cases of refunds for their prompt resolution.
- Update both merchants and buyers on the status of the refunds related to them.
- Send refund reports to the merchants
- Identify and report impediments, errors, and bottlenecks that wreak havoc on the completion of processes.
- Assist in the team's other processes, if required.
Requirements:
- 1 year experience in payment methods, fintechs (Desirable)
- Availability for hybrid work.
- Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Administration.
- Academic Degree: University graduate INDISPENSABLE
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PPT.
- Excel level intermediate-advanced (Desirable Macros)
- Intermediate-Advanced English
