The Head Of Operations is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and scalable operational processes for the Singapore entity while contributing to the Paysafe's global operational strategy.

This role safeguards the Paysafe's local license by ensuring that operational practices meet all regulatory expectations in Singapore. At the same time, it acts as a key operational leader globally, aligning teams across Customer Service, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to improve efficiency, accelerate resolution, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

The Head Of Operations drives operational rigor, performance management, and digital enablement while fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Essential Duties:

• Ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance across all Singapore operations, meeting and exceeding local regulatory expectations.
• Protect and maintain Paysafe's Singapore license through strong governance, controls, and operational rigor.
• Lead and continuously improve scalable, resilient operational processes that support business growth.
• Act as a global operational leader, aligning teams across regions and functions to improve performance and delivery.
• Drive performance management, using data, KPIs, and dashboards to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Champion digital enablement and automation to enhance efficiency, quality, and speed.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across operational teams.
• Partner closely with Compliance, Risk, and Legal to support audits, reviews, and regulatory engagements.

Your profile:

• Proven senior leadership experience in operations within a regulated environment, ideally in payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of regulatory expectations in Singapore and experience operating under licensing frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional teams in a global organization.
• A track record of driving operational transformation, performance improvement, and digital initiatives.
• A pragmatic, data-driven leader with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
