It Support Technician

This role requires working full-time on-site at our office in Brooklin, São Paulo.

About the Role

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to attend internal requests and incidents related to information technology (IT) and guarantee the best experience for our employees while guaranteeing the business continuity.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure the correct operation of IT equipment.
  • Ensure the resolution of requests and incidents.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate procedures.
  • User management in the different corporate tools.
  • Conditional Access policy management.
  • Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations.
  • Management Enterprise Applications.
  • Intune deployment and maintenance.
  • MDM management for Mac, Linux and Windows.
  • PowerShell proficiency, including notions of Microsoft Graph REST API.
  • Office 365 Management.
  • Entra ID and Intune admin.
  • User management in local and corporate applications.

About You

  • Previous experience managing tickets through incident management tools.
  • +3 years of experience as Entra administrator (including InTune ideally).
  • +3 years of experience as O365 admin.
  • Solid knowledge in Security policies.
  • Solid knowledge in Network.
  • Organization and proactivity.
  • Proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher is a must.
