We are seeking a Salesperson to join the team at Payne Pre-Owned Harlingen. The Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing the right pre-owned vehicles to meet their needs. This role requires excellent customer service skills, product knowledge, and the ability to close sales effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle needs
• Provide information about available inventory and options
• Conduct test drives with customers to demonstrate vehicle features
• Negotiate prices and sales contracts
• Close sales and follow up with customers post-sales to ensure satisfaction
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
