We're looking for an experienced Principal ServiceNow Developer who thrives on solving real problems, building intuitive experiences, and exploring what's next — especially in AI and automation.

This role will be based in our office located in One Ayala Mall, Makati, Manila, working a morning shift (6:00am - 3:00pm). Employees are required to attend the office 5 days/week.

What You'll Be Doing?

• Design, build, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations aligned to business outcomes.
• Lead configuration and scripting within Customer Service Management (CSM), supporting our partner-facing ticketing experience.
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow Portals, including custom widgets using HTML5, JavaScript, and modern web practices.
• Configure and evolve Virtual Agents, including conversational flows, scripts, and LLM-driven logic to anticipate real end-user questions.
• Partner closely with Product Managers, stakeholders, and global teams to shape requirements and deliver value in Agile sprints.
• Participate in stand-ups, peer reviews, documentation, and UAT frameworks.
• Share knowledge, mentor teammates, and help lift ServiceNow capability across regions.
• Drive your own growth through learning programs, coaching, and stretch projects.

The impact you'll have:

As a ServiceNow Developer, you'll play a hands-on role across both internal and external ServiceNow environments, working on solutions used globally.

What you'll bring?

• More than 5+ years' experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and maintenance.
• Strong hands-on experience with Customer Service Management (CSM) - confident with client scripting to capture, process, and surface the right information.
• Solid portal development experience - building custom widgets using your HTML5, JavaScript, CSS skills.
• Experience configuring virtual agents - designing conversational flows, writing scripts and logic to support diverse user queries, and enough understanding of LLMs / AI concepts to build and evolve these experiences.
• Ability to configure and customize business rules, client scripts, UI actions, access controls & policies.
• Excellent documentation skills, particularly for UAT and test frameworks.
• ServiceNow certifications required (Certified Application Developer and Certified System Admin).
