Pavion and our family of companies is seeking a Director of Fire Service Sales focused on growing our recurring service business as well as our deficiency sales program. The individual in this role will focus on meeting service bookings growth, instituting commercial processes, KPIs, service offerings and rhythms for our $200M fire business with presence primarily on the eastern seaboard.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive and improve Pavion commercial processes to grow service pipeline, service bookings and improve sales performance to both End Users and Contractors in our Fire business segment.
- Finalize deficiency sales process with KPIs and lead the commercial portion of the deficiency program for Pavion.
- Design and deploy service sales structure for RMR sales to existing customers and new prospects. Recommend and implement go to market structures for RMR service growth.
- Co-Develop and deploy service renewal process with price escalation and new service expansion in conjunction with the inside sales leader.
- Active involvement in recruiting, onboarding new sales talent and develop existing sales talent working with the commercial sales training leader.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 to 15 years experience in Sales leadership, program leadership and sales operations
- Ability to design and drive business process, organizational agility, lead leaders and sellers, apply process based sales leadership, pipeline management, activity management and leveraging sales programs and marketing initiatives.
- Ability to attract and retain top sales talent
- Manage pipeline that supports monthly forecasting.
- Track record of growth and business performance
- Driving staffing efforts for sales in the branches
- Introduce and maintain a commercial rhythm for the fire business.
- Account plans for top accounts for growth and cross selling
- Service growth programs – deficiencies, renewals and new service sales
- Further penetration into the construction market with cadences around new construction data
- Rolling up forecasts and R&O
- Onboarding new sellers
- Performance Management of sellers where needed
- Territory optimization
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, tool adoption and enhancement, data driven business acumen
- Drive account management processes to expand wallet share in accounts
