⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Project Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Implementation Manager at a SaaS company. - A meticulous project manager who excels at creating and executing detailed project plans without letting anything fall through the cracks is essential. - The successful candidate will be a creative problem solver, capable of identifying solutions that meet customer needs, even when they are not immediately obvious. - A strong focus on customer outcomes is crucial, ensuring that clients achieve their goals using Pave's platform and maintain healthy adoption and usage. - The candidate should be comfortable interacting with a variety of stakeholders, including project managers, Heads of People, and Finance professionals. - Autonomy and a strong sense of prioritization are important traits, as the role requires spotting high-leverage and blocking work instinctively. - A genuine curiosity to understand the "why" behind customer requests and a desire to find long-term solutions is necessary. - The candidate should be enthusiastic about joining a startup environment, ready to move quickly and take on diverse responsibilities beyond their core role. - Excellent communication skills are essential, as the candidate will be working closely with customers over video calls and emails.
