✨ About The Role
- Become a Pave product and compensation expert, managing 30-40 customers at a time to ensure successful onboarding and value realization
- Collaborate with Account Management, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to support customer success and long-term relationships
- Focus on customer outcomes, ensuring they achieve their goals using Pave and maintain healthy adoption and usage
- Deal with a variety of stakeholders, from timeline-driven project managers to mission-driven Heads of People and metrics-driven Finance professionals
- Dive deep into understanding customer needs, finding solutions that not only solve immediate problems but also prevent future issues
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced in customer-facing roles at SaaS companies, with 2-5 years of experience in Project Management, Customer Success, or Implementation Management
- Strong project management skills with a meticulous approach to planning and execution, ensuring customer needs are met efficiently
- Creative problem solver who can identify solutions that may not be immediately obvious to meet customer goals
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and handle various stakeholders with different priorities and needs
- Excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment, wearing multiple hats and eager to make an impact
