- Experienced fullstack engineer with 5+ years of experience at technology companies, preferably in B2B SaaS tech companies
- Strong product sense and ability to make tradeoffs for MVP and future features based on customer understanding
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to fill in gaps in product and design specs, excited about prototyping ideas
- Thrives in a fast-paced, hypergrowth environment and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional partners
- Previous experience in hypergrowth environments and working on compensation-related products is a plus
