- As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive complex sales cycles with strategic prospects, focusing on high-value deals that expand Pave's compensation network. - The role involves partnering with HR and Finance leadership to understand their compensation challenges and demonstrate how Pave can transform their practices. - You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence product roadmap decisions based on market needs and customer feedback. - Developing and executing strategic account plans in partnership with SDRs will be a key responsibility to build a robust sales pipeline. - The position requires working cross-functionally with Customer Success to ensure smooth transitions and successful customer outcomes.

âš¡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of proven experience in SaaS sales, demonstrating a consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas. - A successful candidate will have experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles, particularly those lasting over 90 days with deal sizes exceeding $100,000 ARR. - Strong consultative selling skills are essential, as the role requires engaging with multiple stakeholders within organizations. - The candidate should possess an entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in fast-paced and rapidly evolving environments. - Excellent discovery and solution positioning skills are necessary to resonate with executive buyers and build compelling business cases.
