- Experienced backend engineer with 5+ years of experience in modern web technologies such as TypeScript, Node/Express, MySQL, Redis, and BigTable - Strong architectural vision and ability to continuously improve system design and performance - Collaborative team player who enjoys working with both technical and non-technical partners to make strategic tradeoffs - Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisions on when to cut corners for quick delivery versus investing in long-term architecture - Nice to have: Previous experience working at B2B SaaS tech companies, especially during hypergrowth
