What You Bring to the Table:
- 7+ years in Construction, Restoration, or Remodeling
- 3+ years leading high-performing teams—coaching, reviewing, and growing talent
- Proven Project Management experience in dynamic, team-oriented environments
- A passion for problem-solving, operational excellence, and people-first leadership
