Nordic Speaking Tier 1 Support Agent

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to announce an opening for a Nordic Speaking Tier 1 Support Agent! If you are fluent in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and have a strong customer service orientation, this role is an exciting opportunity for you.

As a Tier 1 Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our Nordic-speaking customers, assisting them with a range of inquiries and resolving various technical issues. Your excellent communication skills and empathy will be key in ensuring our customers have a positive experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality Tier 1 support to Nordic-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical inquiries and service-related issues.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the support system.
  • Provide customers with clear guidance and instructions regarding product features.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support whenever necessary.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
