In this role, you will be responsible for addressing technical inquiries from customers who speak various Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish). Your ability to troubleshoot issues and deliver timely solutions will be essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional helpdesk support to Nordic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
