Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical liaison for French-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and providing prompt assistance

• Identify and troubleshoot any technical challenges faced by clients, ensuring timely resolution
• Work closely with internal teams to communicate client feedback and influence product enhancements
• Regularly assess client satisfaction and proactively follow up to maintain strong relationships
• Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients
