Responsibilities

1. Deliver top-notch Tier 1 support to Dutch-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.

3. Accurately document customer interactions in the support system.
4. Guide customers with clear and concise instructions on product features.
5. Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support when needed.
