• Act as the main technical liaison for Dutch-speaking clients, handling inquiries and providing support

• Deliver product training and support, helping clients utilize our products to their fullest potential
• Identify and resolve any technical challenges clients may encounter
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and influence product improvements
• Regularly monitor client satisfaction and success metrics, maintaining strong relationships through ongoing communication
• Stay up to date on industry developments and product innovations to provide relevant insights to clients
