Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical liaison for Danish-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and providing comprehensive support
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth implementation of our products
- Organize and deliver product training sessions to enhance client knowledge and confidence in using our solutions
- Identify, assess, and resolve any technical challenges faced by clients efficiently
- Collaboration with internal teams to communicate client feedback for product enhancement
- Monitor client success metrics and maintain relationships through regular follow-up communication
- Stay current on industry trends and product updates in order to provide meaningful insights to clients
