Build and optimize multi-step workflows in HubSpot
Manage lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing
Oversee the agency that manages our paid media campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta)
Implement adoption, retention and win-back journeys
Analyze performance and continuously improve strategy
Create acquisition-focused landing pages aligned with campaign goals
3+ years in B2B lifecycle or performance marketing
Expert-level HubSpot automation proficiency
Strong grasp of KPIs (ROI, LTV, conversion rate)
Data-driven mindset and sharp communication skills
