- The Admissions Manager role at Pathrise involves managing the enrollment and free trial retention of eligible candidates in the fellowship program.
- You will be responsible for conducting onboarding and sales calls to ensure prospective fellows sign the program agreement.
- A consultative approach is required to explain the curriculum and program details to candidates, answer their questions, and conduct informational and sales-focused phone calls.
- Building positive relationships with fellows during their trial periods is key to increasing conversion rates to the program.
- You will need to uphold a high standard of customer support to all candidates, providing an inclusive admissions experience.
- Becoming a resident expert in 1-2 of Pathrise's industry tracks is part of the role, which includes developing relationships with mentors and understanding the curriculum and selling points.
- Working closely with the Admissions team to support Pathrise's growth goals is a critical aspect of this position.
- The role starts as a 3-month contract with the potential to convert into a permanent position based on performance.
- Compensation includes a base salary plus commission, with the potential for conversion to permanent employment and additional benefits.
- The role is remote within the US, and US work authorization is required.

- You need to have at least 2 years of experience in sales or business development roles, demonstrating your ability to engage with customers and drive conversions.
- Your track record should include proficiency with various software systems such as Salesforce, Pardot, Slack, GSuite, Asana, and Airtable, and you should be able to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills are essential for communicating effectively with potential fellows and team members.
- You must be able to balance creative and critical thinking, act quickly and efficiently, and maintain a customer-centric focus.
- Being collaborative, dependable, and enthusiastic is important, as is the ability to work well both internally and with fellows.
- You should have a history of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly KPIs.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities are required, along with meticulous attention to detail.
- An interest or background in admissions, mentorship, education, or career development would be beneficial.
- Experience working with diverse individuals and an understanding of current US Visa requirements would be advantageous.
