About PathPoint: PathPoint is a nonprofit dedicated to helping people flourish. We partner with children, adults, and families to foster hope, build life skills, access support systems, and form meaningful relationships. We serve communities across Kern, Los Angeles, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm, 37.5 hours per week.
Compensation: $25.50 per hour. The pay range for this position is $16.50-$26.78. The pay range is subject to change based on a variety of factors.

In this role, you'll develop personalized lesson plans and materials tailored to individual needs, leading both in-person and remote classes while planning community outings and coordinating recreational activities. You'll conduct one-on-one training sessions to set goals, monitor progress, and document outcomes, while also supervising and coaching groups at work and volunteer sites to enhance their skills and work behaviors. Instruction will focus on sensory-motor skills, communication, cognition, and social-emotional development, along with support for personal hygiene and daily living activities. You'll implement behavioral support programs, track data, and collaborate on Individual Service Plans and Person-Centered Plans. Additionally, you'll ensure attendance, manage supplies, and maintain a safe environment.
