Your mission? Be the first human voice they connect with. The one who listens, qualifies, challenges, and uncovers whether Passion is truly the right next step for them.

You'll sit right at the top of our revenue engine - owning inbound outbound, feeding high-quality opportunities into our Account Executives' calendars, and directly shaping the health of our sales pipeline.

Your Day-to-Day (aka what you'll actually be doing)

  • Kick off each morning with a sales stand-up - status checks, pipeline momentum, and win celebrations
  • Own inbound conversations via the HubSpot inbox
  • Run outbound across calls, SMS, email, and social to create new opportunities
  • Book qualified meetings directly onto AE calendars
  • Run discovery calls & Passion Success Calls to assess fit, readiness, and buying intent
  • Assist AE's with follow-ups and momentum-driving actions
  • Proactively communicate insights, objections, and context to help deals move faster
  • Qualify opportunities cleanly and pass them forward with clarity and confidence

Success in this role looks like: seeing opportunity → qualifying it properly → advancing it forward - consistently growing pipeline and helping the entire sales team win.
