5+ years ServiceNow consulting experience with ITSM Pro, ITOM (Discovery), HRSD, APM (EA), and SPM expertise.
Proven success leading enterprise ServiceNow implementations, aligning technical excellence with business goals.
Deep understanding of JavaScript, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow integrations.
Extensive experience in scalable ServiceNow architecture and complex system integration design.
Strong client communication skills, able to convey technical information to technical and executive audiences.
Proficient in resolving technical issues with minimal user impact.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead technical teams, promoting collaboration.
Familiarity with one investment management application (e.g., fund accounting, CRM, document management, EDM) preferred (e.g., eFront, Intralinks, Simcorp Dimension).
