While this is a new role, there is an existing very strong team of sales resources for you to provide direction as well as approx 4 strong admin staff to support you.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, plans, and forecasts to achieve ambitious revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the national and international sales teams, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous development.
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product development and sales strategy.
  • Oversee key account management and ensure strong relationships with major retail partners and distributors.
  • Manage the sales budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and cohesive market strategies.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives to the Executive Leadership team.

What Our Client Is Looking For:

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Head of Sales, VP of Sales, Sales Director), preferably within the premium retail or apparel sector.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
