We're currently recruiting full-time or part-time permanent waking night support workers to support adults with learning disabilities and autism in a supported living environment across Hertfordshire.
As a waking night support worker, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of the people we support throughout the night. You'll provide emotional reassurance, practical support, and respond to any needs that arise during night hours. This will include:
No prior experience required—just a genuine commitment to empowering others. Ability to remain calm, alert, and responsive during night shifts. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays. A full UK manual driving licence is essential.
