Do you have a true passion for the Pharmaceutical or Electronic industries and for delivering the best solutions for our customers?

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who likes to work in a competitive and multinational environment. Owning the full sales cycle, you will be responsible for the entire range of Particle Measuring Systems products and services in Ireland.

What you will do:

  • Research and identify sales opportunities, generating leads, and target potential clients;
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them;
  • Prepare quotations, technical submissions, and solution designs where required.
  • Present and negotiate solutions to customers while delivering commercial value.
  • Demonstrate portable equipment including air and liquid particle counters and active air samplers;
  • Organization of trade fairs and marketing activities;
  • Organization of customer visits;
  • Attend conferences, exhibitions, and other trade shows;
  • Attend networking events;
  • Stay up to date with industry guidance and regulations, and any changes in these;
  • Monitor competitor activity and developments;
  • Prepare reporting as needed;
  • Undertake additional tasks to ensure the growth of both PMS Ireland and the PMS global business (MarCom activity);

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills, strong customer orientation, proactivity, and attention to details.
  • Confidence in public speaking and client-facing presentations, with a professional presence at conferences and industry events.
  • Ability to translate technical understanding into commercial value propositions that align with customer needs.
  • Understanding of cleanrooms and contamination control would be beneficial.
  • Experience with Sales Force or other CRM systems.
  • Possess the ability to work autonomously from a home-based office/visiting customers (80%).
  • Be a visionary and bring creativity and innovation to the team, improve performance, and spur change.
