We are looking for an experienced sales representative with a solid background in pharmaceutical or electronic applications, who enjoys working in a competitive and multinational environment. As the person responsible for the entire sales cycle, you will be in charge of the entire product and service portfolio of Particle Measuring Systems.

Your tasks:

• Initiation, development, and closure of sales opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Leading technical and commercial negotiations and actively expanding the assigned territory (identification, acquisition, development, and maintenance of customer relationships) to increase the market share of Particle Measuring Systems.
• Acquisition of new customers and care of existing customers in the assigned region.
• Presentation of portable devices such as air and liquid particle counters, active air samplers, and systems for environmental and plant monitoring.
• Close cooperation with the marketing and communication team to create online content, participate in trade fairs, and prepare specific promotional materials.
• Active promotion of product lines through regular customer visits (on-site and virtual) to identify new business opportunities.
• Management and updating of sales activities in the CRM system (Salesforce) with independent control of the sales funnel.
• Qualification of new leads through initial telephone contacts.
• Further tasks as required.

Your profile:

• Degree (BSc/MSc) or equivalent sales experience.
• Very good communication skills and solution orientation.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems and confidence in public presentations are an advantage.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills, strong customer orientation, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently from home and willingness to visit customers on-site (up to 80% of the time).
• Creativity, innovation spirit, and the desire to actively contribute to change.
• Very good English language skills (written and spoken, essential requirement).
