Systems Requirements Engineer

We are seeking Systems Requirements Engineers to support requirements development, refinement, and validation for complex systems. Openings are available at the Mid, Senior, and Lead levels. Candidates with FAA experience, particularly in ASR systems, are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities (all levels):

  • Gather, refine, and validate requirements for large-scale, complex systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and program teams to ensure requirements traceability and compliance.
  • Support documentation, analysis, and resolution of requirements issues.
  • Participate in technical reviews and provide recommendations for system improvements.

Mid-Level: Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of related experience with a BS (or equivalent).
  • Strong background in systems requirements analysis and validation. Experience working with large, complex system integrations.

Senior-Level: Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of related experience with a BS (or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated expertise in requirements development and validation for complex systems.
  • Ability to independently manage requirements activities across multiple workstreams.
  • Preferred: FAA program experience and familiarity with current FAA ASR systems.

Lead-Level: Additional Responsibilities:

  • Drive overall requirements strategy and lead coordination across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
  • Serve as the primary interface with FAA stakeholders to ensure alignment with program objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of related experience with a BS (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience leading large-scale system requirements efforts.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Preferred: Extensive FAA program experience and knowledge of FAA ASR systems.
