Technical Support Agent

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Technical Support Agent to join our team! In this role you will get to be the cheerful helpful face of the program!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Respond to incoming phone calls from industry partners
• Help users reset passwords and related application activity
• Answer questions from industry partners about the program equipment and supplies
• Reviewing invoices and payment history with industry partners

• Experience working with tablet software
