Trainer Program Support

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Trainer Program Support in Aviano AB, Italy. In this role you will support the ACS Chief of Training by managing the unit's training program in alignment with AFMAN 13-1 Vol 1 and ACC/AETC guidance. This includes maintaining training records, coordinating upgrade and continuation training, scheduling events, and ensuring operators meet all qualification timelines for Initial Qualification Training (IQT), Mission Qualification Training (MQT), and Continuation Training (CT). This position is located in Aviano AB, Italy (International Assignment) NO REMOTE WORK

What You'll Be Doing:

• Training Records and Certification Tracking.
• Maintain training folders and records for Air Battle Managers (ABMs), Weapons Directors (WDs), and Mission Systems Operators (MSOs)
• Track IQT/MQT/CT status in PEX, GTIMS, or similar Training Management Systems
• Monitor progress toward upgrade certification timelines IAW AFMAN 13-1 Vol 1
• Curriculum Coordination and System Proficiency
• Coordinate with instructors and evaluators to align academic, simulator, and live training missions with USAF standards.
• Assist in developing and maintaining master training plans, syllabi, and events calendars.
• AETC and MDS Policy Compliance.
• Ensure compliance with AFI 11-215 (Flight Manuals Program) and AFI 11-290 (CRM Training Program).

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree field plus 5 years of experience in related field or 10+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a DoD flying/training unit or C2 training element as an instructor or DOT member
• Familiarity with AFI 13-1 Vol 1 and training evaluation procedures
• Proficient in PEX, GTIMS, TIMS, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
• Microsoft Access proficiency is highly desirable
• Secret clearance required

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• 5+ Years as Qualified Form 8 Instructor in CRC/E-3/E-8 Line Squadron, TRSS, or formal training schoolhouse

Security Clearance Requirement: An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $86,700.00 - $151,700.00
