- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the B2B e-commerce space
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, implement and optimize CRM tools, and establish performance-based KPIs for the sales team
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
- Stay knowledgeable on products offered, discuss available options, and develop new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs
- Train, inspire, and motivate team members to exceed sales targets, while coordinating with various departments to secure, retain, and grow accounts
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced sales professional with a background in B2B SaaS industry, particularly in e-commerce or fintech startups
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving sales growth, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and train a sales team, along with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Technical proficiency in using CRM tools like HubSpot and Salesforce to manage and track sales processes effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, with a passion for contributing to the growth of a company and a team-oriented mindset
