✨ About The Role
- Lead and manage a team of highly skilled backend engineers, coaching, mentoring, and advocating for them
- Collaborate on the technical vision, lead discussions, and implement multiple complex projects
- Continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and systems to scale the code base, productivity, and the team
- Proactively engage with peers and managers to provide and solicit feedback, recruit, interview, and develop interview questions
- Foster a culture of excellence, velocity, and humility within the team

- Experienced backend engineer with a minimum of 7 years of experience and a track record of leading and managing technical teams
- Proficient in Python, Go, or Java with a passion for performance and scale
- Strong ability to turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions while aligning with the company's core values
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft
- Previous experience in engineering management or tech leadership is a plus
