Growth Engineering
Growth engineering builds the systems that power nearly every growth channel at Ramp. As an engineer here, you'll own some of the most foundational problems in our growth stack: managing complex data flows, ingesting diverse sources, applying LLMs to unstructured information, and building internal platforms that scale growth across the company. You'll partner with product, data, and design, and work directly with stakeholders across growth, sales, marketing, and finance to accelerate Ramp's growth. This role offers the opportunity to shape Ramp's growth engine with high ownership and direct impact.
