- The Senior IT Support Specialist will provide in-person support at the NYC HQ and remote support for other offices.
- This role includes serving as a point of escalation for the IT Operations team on SaaS-related issues.
- The candidate will take ownership of both small and large projects, collaborating with various internal and external teams.
- Creating and updating technical documentation and user-facing documentation is a key responsibility.
- Conducting new hire IT orientations covering best practices and services used within Ramp is part of the role.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of technical experience in an enterprise-sized organization.
- Strong knowledge of core technologies such as Okta, Google Workspace, and various modern SaaS tools is essential.
- The candidate should have experience with SSO technology, particularly SAML for secure authentication and access management.
- Attention to detail and an execution-oriented mindset are crucial for success in this role.
- Understanding of User Lifecycle Management and managing user/role access is important.
