- The Director of Sales Operations will report to the VP of Revenue Operations and play a key role in driving Ramp's growth.
- This position involves acting as the main point of contact for the sales leadership team and shaping the overall sales strategy.
- The role requires maintaining and creating new reporting to understand the health of the sales funnel and identify areas of opportunity and risk.

- Coaching and recruiting to build out the sales operations team will be a significant part of the responsibilities as Ramp scales.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS or Fintech, with at least 4 years in a leadership role within sales operations, revenue operations, or customer operations.
- A strong understanding of sales strategies and the ability to act as a strategic thought partner to sales leadership is essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should possess a keen knowledge of leveraging well-defined and repeatable processes, with a focus on achieving results.
- Demonstrated experience in developing insights and recommendations that drive significant improvements for a SaaS business is crucial.
