β‘ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in channel sales, partner sales, or business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- A proven track record of developing and executing successful channel sales strategies that drive significant revenue growth is essential.
- Strong experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams and building robust partner ecosystems is required.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence and motivate channel partners to achieve shared business goals are crucial for success in this role.
- The candidate should possess strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
