- The role involves driving revenue growth by managing onboarding, implementation, expansion, renewals, and retention for a book of SMB customers
- Collaborating with the Account Executive team to understand customer workflows, pain points, and priorities to ensure successful product adoption
- Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews to identify growth opportunities and maximize ROI for clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with C-suite executives and finance professionals to deepen product usage
- Working cross-functionally to prioritize customer feedback and enhance the overall customer experience

- Experienced in sales, customer success, or account management within a B2B organization, with a track record of exceeding quotas and key metrics
- Strong project management and time management skills, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and become an expert in the company's product offerings and anticipate customer needs effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, identifying expansion opportunities, and driving revenue growth
- Familiarity with basic sales tools, financial services sales, and accounting software would be advantageous
