- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of quota-carrying direct SaaS sales experience in a full cycle closing role.
- A proven track record of closing upwards of 20 deals a quarter, with an average deal size of about $50K in ACV is essential.
- The candidate should possess strong prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing skills.
- Experience discussing value propositions with C-level executives and finance teams is crucial for success in this role.
- A consultative sales approach and comfort with analytical and quantitative skills will be beneficial.
- The candidate should have a consistent history of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- High adaptability and an understanding of change within the evolution of a startup are important traits for this position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively articulate Ramp's value proposition.
