Role Description – Duties:
The Sales Associate is responsible for following and implementing in their store the indications, action plans, and decisions of their direct manager (Area Manager, Store Manager, 2nd/3rd Manager) and to ensure, together with the rest of the team, a teamwork in line with the Parfois strategy.

We are looking for availability to work on part-time shifts from Monday to Sunday.

Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure an adequate Customer Service through: a positive and empathetic approach, customer welcome, support during the product selection process to purchase and in the post-sale phase in case of returns or complaints, product description and future novelties to which the customer could be interested, in order to provide an excellent shopping experience to all customers and increase the sales objectives of the business.
- Contribute to the growth of omnichannel sales in-store and the acquisition of new customers, demonstrating the added value of these tools to all customers, in order to ensure the alignment with one of the brand's priority strategies.
- Execute and contribute to the development of the commercial and product strategies established by the company and shared by their direct manager, to improve and maximize the results of the store.
- Know the store, the warehouse, the internal exhibition structures, the VM portal, the quantity and variety of the product in order to simplify the daily work in the store and speed up the sales process and customer response.
- Know and interpret the main Power BI reports (Store Operation), to better understand the store's performance.
- Monitor and ensure the control of the store's objectives and KPIs (conversion rate, average check, cross-selling), jewelry sales, daily agenda/communications (daily flash), emails, etc., ensuring the correct execution of all operational processes and the achievement of sales objectives.
- Actively collaborate in the planning, preparation, and realization of commercial campaigns and digital activities, making possible the achievement of the objectives set for these high-revenue seasons.
- Ensure the execution of the visual merchandising indications and the correct display of products in the sales area, in terms of: organization, profiling, replenishment and cleaning of the store; labeling and pricing of goods; rotation of stock in the warehouse; reception and placement of goods; correct display of permanent and new collections, adapting, when necessary, the display of products in the store, always with the approval of their direct manager and the support of VM; micro inventories; care of common areas and the sales area/warehouse, through the daily reordering and cleaning of the environments, in order to maintain a "clean" and commercial image of the stores.
- Ensure the guidelines shared by the brand and the direct manager, regarding company uniforms, hours, picking, opening, and control of goods, stocks, changes, returns, in order to ensure the correct functioning of the store operations and the brand's results.
- Ensure proper product organization in the warehouse, to guarantee the quality of the item, the correct stock level, and the speed in sales and replacement.
- Control and minimize the breakage or loss of stock in stores (receipt of goods, stock arrangement, PISO management, stolen and labeled products in order to ensure the correct functioning of the store operations and the brand's results).
- Execute the procedures for opening and closing the cash register (POS terminals, computers, and other store equipment), customer returns and refunds, and the registration of sales and cash receipts, for the proper management of cash procedures and a high level of customer satisfaction.
